haxchi v2.4 et CBHC 1.4u1 : Hack Wii U permanent

Haxchi et CBHC qui l'accompagnent n'arrêtent plus de se mettre à jour !

Contrairement aux autres hacks, haxchi reste installé sur la console, et donc au lieu de devoir lancer le navigateur internet pour lancer le hack, vous lancerez le jeu DS.
La contrainte, c'est d'avoir une console compatible (version 5.5.1) et un des jeux DS (virtual console ou VC) compatibles.

CBHC (Coldboot Haxchi) permet de lancer haxchi directement au démarrage de la console. ATTENTION, gros risque de brick avec CBHC. Si vous l'installez, ne déplacez pas ni ne désinstallez le jeu DS utilisé, ni ne mettez à jour la console

-use same iosu patcher for both haxchi and cbhc to allow haxchi to benefit from it
-added new config option to haxchi, "sysmenu" which will relaunch you into the system menu with signature, region patches and everything else that cbhc patches

-small logic correction in the iosu patcher

CBHC 1.4
-added anti move/delete protection of the ds vc title when in CBHC CFW
NOTE: this change (as well as the last update) do NOT AFFECT MOCHA CFW, they only affect my internal CBHC CFW which you can enable by just setting it to autoboot system menu which will give you full signature and region patching as well as this protection and re-applying patches on reloads; overall letting your wiiu and the menu run as they would normally

CBHC 1.3
-when starting up the console with system menu autoboot CBHC will now start the menu into mii selection if no default mii is set instead of just using the first mii
-added system reload patches to CBHC, thanks to dimok for patch location and elf patcher!
